What You'll Do :
As a Maintenance Supervisor , you'll oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of our facility while leading and supporting our Maintenance Team. You'll be responsible for ensuring our travel center is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for all guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance and janitorial staff
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and handle minor repairs
- Coordinate with contractors for larger facility maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including fuel islands, restrooms, showers, and common areas
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and snow removal
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example
