As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, assisting with marketing promotions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an on-site position with no remote work available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide product and service information to customers in an engaging manner.
  • Assist in marketing promotions and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:

  • No prior experience required—training provided!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle different personalities.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site in Manhattan, NY (no remote work).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the U.S.
