As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality. You will work closely with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to optimize processes and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an on-site position with no remote work available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor customer service performance metrics, including response times and satisfaction ratings.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Work with customer service representatives to improve communication and problem resolution.
  • Develop reports and presentations on customer service performance and recommendations.
  • Assist in the implementation of customer service best practices and training programs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer service strategies with business goals.


Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, data analysis, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer trends and insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving service issues.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manhattan, NY (no remote work available).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
