As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support to ensure a seamless experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with sales, resolving concerns, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role, and no remote work is available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in understanding products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
  • Promote brand loyalty by building strong customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Meet and exceed key performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service quality.


Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required—full training provided.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manhattan, NY (this is not a remote position).
  • A proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
