Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient clerical support. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. This role does offer additional ways to earn more by requesting to work a weekend event. Also offer commission on top of Salary for every client you help book
Duties
- Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- To ensure smooth office operations, perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Good with Soical media and posting on Facebook and instagram
- Office building moving supplies will be execptied
- Multiple different tasks daily
- Utilize Website, Google and social mediadia for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in calendar management to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in general office duties and clerical work, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
