We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of Resident rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling and training new staff when necessary.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to requests or concerns.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
