Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager :
- Build rapport and collaborate with internal and external partners, peers, and employees.
- Effectively meet performance expectations through building morale.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to maximize returns for customers.
- Inform customers of current deals, product details, and sales promotions our clients offer within a retail setting.
