Sapphire Care and Rehabilitation (formerly Arlington Court) is looking for an Admissions Assistant / Concierge.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Administrator this role assumes responsibility and accountability of ensuring the facility is prepared for new admissions, to ensure that persons seeking information regarding admission are promptly provided with accurate and appropriate information about the facility. This role will assist in performing new admissions assessments and completing inital care conference.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Work closely with Central Intake to coordinate all admissions into the center.
Schedule admissions timely and appropriately and notify required team members of expected admissions and their individual needs.
Coordinate admission process to ensure room readiness, 1st Impressions and ensure necessary equipment is in place.
Green new admissions, welcome them and answer any questions.
Answer phones timely, respond to inquiries.
Conduct tours.
Coordinate timely admission contract completion.
Work to maintain a census culture within the center.
Work to maintain and exceed the census goals.

Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent.
