Sapphire Care and Rehabilitation (formerly Arlington Court), a long term care facility in Columbus , OH is seeking an experienced, energetic, strong and dedicated RN Director of Nursing to lead the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties :
- Overall direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
- Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
- Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
- Overseeing State Survey complaints, investigations and resolutions.
