Key Responsibilities As A Clean Energy Customer Service Team Member : Interact and greet potential customers, introduce our clean energy alternatives in order to educate customers, meet their individual needs, and close a sale in need be Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectations in each location, including personal and team sales goals Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and team performance Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Use available tools to stay current on clean energy initiatives and help execute profitable sales growth Key Requirements As A Clean Energy Customer Service Team Member : Proven success in customer service or clean energy sales for 1-2 years High school diploma or GED required Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills Ability to grasp peoples attention and draw them in Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution High energy, great organization skills, and uncompromising Integrity Tremendous sense of urgency and customer service orientation Why join our Clean Energy Customer Service Team Member team?
