What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical and Instrumentation Journeyman position at Sappi?
The Somerset Mill located in Skowhegan, Maine is currently in the process of accepting applications for a full-time hourly Electrical and Instrumentation Journeyman.
Candidates must meet the following criteria :
- BSEET degree or a two year technical College degree preferred.
- 2 years of E / I Journeyman experience preferred
- Experience in electrical / instrumentation systems including installation and maintenance
- Experience in DCS & PLC controls
- Experience in AC & DC drives
- Experience in power distribution systems a plus
- Working knowledge of Honeywell TDC 3000 and Allen-Bradley PLC control systems a plus
- Experience in a pulp & paper or industrial environment a plus
