Building Assistant - Library - Sappington Elementary
- Part-time position, approximately 5.5 hours/day, 27.5 hours/week
- Schedule Monday-Friday, to follow Student Calendar
- Hourly rate: $13.79
- Non-exempt
- Benefits not included
Summary: Performs clerical tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Library.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep library open during lunches
- Run library when librarian is absent
- Check in/out materials
- Answer the telephone and takes messages
- Assist with fines
- Maintain neat order of circulation area
- Maintain shelf order
- Assist with special library programs and events
