Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our Lawn, Garden and Powersports service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintenance and repair. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' units through routine maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain units performance.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in aligning and maintaining various components.
• Conduct tire services, including rotation, balancing, and repair.
• Support the dealership's diagnostics efforts by identifying potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Proper notes for the service advisor to explain to the customer the work needed or completed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance or as a mechanic is preferred.
• Familiarity with repair processes and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work with hand tools effectively and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing issues.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Must provide your own tools

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
