Job Summary:
Join our team as a Repair Technician where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the equipment operates efficiently. Experience with Powersports and Lawn equipment along with electrical and mechanical diagnostics abilities will be valuable assets in this role. Proven experience is necessary for this position. Attention to detail to ensure you are proving quality service work for our customers is also extreme priority.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify equipment malfunctions
- Perform repairs on various types of equipment including but not limited to diesel engines
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
-Quality notes on all repair tickets for any customer to read and understand
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in small engine repair
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus
Must have and bring your own tools
