Sapulpa Public School is a 6A high school in Sapulpa, OK. We have around 800 student-athletes
in grades 7-12th, that make up the 17 sports.
POSITION TITLE : Assistant Athletic Trainer
REPORTS TO : Athletic Director / Head Athletic Trainer / Team Physician
QUALIFICATIONS : Required
EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree
CERTIFICATION / LICENSES : Must be BOC certified and possess, or is able to acquire,
state licensure by the beginning of position. First Aid / CPR certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Applied Knowledge : Athletic Trainers must have knowledge about a large range
of medical problems. Assessment and evaluation skills and working with other
healthcare professionals will be needed.
