Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate production equipment, including pouch filling and packaging machinery.
- Follow standard operating procedures in detail without deviation.
- Collect routine product samples and perform quality control checks to ensure specifications are met.
- Set up and use the appropriate pouches and fitments according to production schedules.
- Validate product codes and identify any out-of-specification product or equipment operating conditions.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments and accurately complete production records.
- Clean and maintain equipment, as well as follow established occupational health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in food manufacturing, with dairy experience preferred.
- Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications are a plus.
- Strong math skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and 50 lbs with assistance.
