The HR Coordinator is a key member of the leadership team for our new facility. This role executes day-to-day Human Resources operations and serves as support for employees.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employee relations through proactive communication, issue resolution, and fair treatment
- Provide support with employee investigations at different levels
- Maintain accurate and timely employee data updates through data entry and/or completion of standard forms or HRIS transactions
- Audit hourly employee time and attendance records daily
- Support national initiatives leveraging Saputo's change management methodology
- Coordinate payroll process with leave administration
- Ensure consistent application of Saputo leave policies and procedures
- Manage confidential employee files and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations
- Administer local recognition programs and coordinate training sessions
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent or 2 years of experience in HR administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- HRIS and HR Time Keeping Systems experience (Kronos, Workday) a plus
