Customer Service Representative – Home Care Agency

Not only is this role critical for our agency’s success, but it is also a rewarding position allowing you to assist our geriatric community and their families. SARA’s goal is to allow our patient to continue to live at home knowing we provide a safe, skilled and interactive lifestyle.
In this role you will be contacting our current clients, potential clients, and past clients. This role is critical to assisting our agency’s customer satisfaction. You will also be answering client inquiries regarding our services and setting up potential calls or visits for our client support specialist staff.

Position Qualifications:
~ Ability to manage a full call schedule of inbound and outbound calls.
~ Strong customer service skills and a pleasant, cheerful persona
~ Prior home care experience preferred
~ Excellent computer skills and experience with using Microsoft Office suite
~ Inside sales or telemarketing experience a plus
~ Bachelor’s degree or higher
