In this role, you will be responsible for managing project start to close including project profitability. This includes conducting Project Kickoff Meetings, creating complete job scope lists, communicating with contractors to create realistic schedules/timelines of jobs, preparing client drawings and presentations, and ensuring materials and furnishings are within profit margin specifications.
