We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various domains including language, mathematics, science, and social skills.
- Provide attentive care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere by accommodating children with special needs or disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with both children and parents.
- Experience working with students with special education needs or disabilities is a plus.
