What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cloud Engineer – AWS – Hedge Fund – up to $800k total compensation position at Saragossa?
Join one of the most modern cloud environments in the Hedge Fund space.
You’ll be coming in to build the public cloud environments – currently AWS – where there’s a huge focus on automation and IaC.
The fund is tech and data-driven, so having systems that operate in a scalable, secure, performant and highly available manner is crucial to overall success. You’ll be given responsibility to be a true engineer and build all kinds of automated services in collaboration with cloud developers, the wider infrastructure team and business stakeholders.
In terms of your experience, you’ll need to be an AWS expert. You also need to have strong skills across Terraform, Kubernetes, Networking and be able to write Python code.
You’ll expect a starting salary in the range of $200-250k plus a performance related bonus that can take your total compensation up to $800k. You’ll get an indication of this when offered the job. You’ll also have a range of benefits including healthcare, dental, vision and more.
