What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Technical Writer - Tier 1 Hedge Fund position at Saragossa?
At one of the best hedge funds in the world, we’re on a mission to empower our engineers by creating clear, detailed, and user-friendly documentation that supports our internal teams and customers alike. Our engineers are brilliant at solving technical problems, but they don’t always have the time to document the solutions. That’s where you come in.
As part of our documentation team, you’ll work closely with our helpdesk teams and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to create, update, and maintain a wide variety of technical documentation. This includes everything from setting up authenticator tools to providing in-depth technical guides. You’ll collaborate with engineers who are experts in their fields, helping them translate their complex knowledge into written forms that are clear, concise, and accessible to a range of users. You’ll also analyze diverse datasets, identify patterns, and make sense of trends, ensuring our documentation evolves with our growing technical landscape.
This contract will be an on-site position, 5 days a week in the downtown Manhattan office for 3-6 months with the opportunity to extend. C2C contractors are preferred.
