You should be early on in your career with 1-3 years of experience and seeking your next role where you can learn and grow in a fast-paced environment that will sharpen your skills for the long run. You'll be responsible for responding to ticket requests related to break-fix issues and hardware asset deployments, while providing white-glove in-person support to end users.
This is a consultant role that'll have you working on-site at their NYC headquarters 5x per week. You'll receive training during onboarding from the hiring manager / VP of Technology to ensure your starting with your front foot forward. Healthcare and 401k benefits will be provided to you and the role can pay between $30-40 / hr on W2.
