You’ll be digging deep into the depths of the Linux platforms to optimise and improve everything you can whilst helping to ensure that their research and trading strategies can run 24 / 7.
All you need is strong experience with Linux, Python and Ansible in a trading environment where high availability, load balancing, scaling and ideally low latency is key.
It's a fully on-site role where you’ll be working amongst other extremely intelligent people from similar backgrounds to you. The majority of the business were once graduates in a wide range of quantitative disciplines, including engineering, mathematics, physics and of course, Computer Science. They apply their scientific knowledge to financial data sets making a hugely profitable business.
This position is paying up to $200k salary bonus (up to $250k total compensation)
