You’ll join a team of hardcore technology enthusiasts and you’ll collaborate with them every day, share ideas to make the platforms better and because it’s a smaller hedge fund environment, there’s limited red tape, meaning decisions are made quicker and investment in technology is huge.
Salary is up to $200,000 plus a discretionary bonus that can take your total compensation upwards of 100%. You’ll be paid what you deserve.
