You’re going to be working directly with the board of directors of a high performing Financial Services and Technology staffing organisation, who partner with investment banks, asset managers and private equity businesses.
You’ll be joining a team that’s grown to 70 heads across London, Bristol and Chicago, with the view to open an office imminently in New York, and expand into Europe.
You’ll be expanding on exciting client relationships, scaling a recruitment team, and leading a cohort of permanent 360/full desk recruiters. If you want to be a major player in the growth in Chicago, please apply.
You'll have 3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in the Fintech/technology sector), you'll be commercially minded, proactive, ambitious, and a confident communicator, who has experience delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates in a 360 position. You'll also have either managed a team of 1 consultants, or have aspirations to do so.

Salary : $57,000 - $62,000
