Key responsibilities include managing client accounts and projects, supervising onboarding and offboarding processes, resolving client issues, monitoring budgets and timelines, and completing project reporting. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and driving account growth . Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred.
This part-time position requires 15-20 hours of work per week. Hours may vary from week to week based on depending on client demand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey, serving as their primary point of contact
- Lead client feedback initiatives by managing survey collection, analyzing results, and ensuring timely and effective follow up to address needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between the client and internal teams, driving clear communication, aligning on client requirements, and facilitating seamless internal kickoff meetings to ensure project success.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring client needs are consistently met or exceeded with exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Facilitate and lead monthly client meetings while ensuring all necessary project meetings are scheduled and executed effectively.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns balancing client expectations with company priorities to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive customer and account records to support seamless account management and strategic decision-making .
- Oversee client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and client satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines to drive successful project completion
- Supervise project execution guaranteeing alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Track and report on project budgets, milestones, t profitability, and staffing needs.
- Track contract expiration dates and draft contractor agreements using a template
- Lead and mentor account interns, providing clear guidance and support for managing client interactions and project execution.
- Host regular team meetings to review project updates, address challenges, and develop actionable solutions.
- Represent the client management team in weekly leadership meetings, ensuring effective communication between departments.
- Deliver high-quality services to meet or exceed clients expectations and standards.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and improve net promotor scores by implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of industry trends and practices.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships while delivering high impact projects on time and within budget.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and collaborating as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Proficient in time management, capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans aligned with client objectives.
- Experienced with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adept at generating and monitoring key project and staffing reports to ensure operation efficiency.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage
- Work is primarily performed in a remote office setting.
- Use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer/photocopier, etc.).
- Sitting for extended periods.
- Providing own laptop (both Mac and PCs are acceptable).
- Occasional travel within Madison for work-related meetings or events.
