POSITION SUMMARY :
The Client Services Manager oversees client relationships and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality services through effective project planning and management. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts and projects, supervising onboarding and offboarding processes, resolving client issues, monitoring budgets and timelines, and completing project reporting. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and driving account growth . Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred.
This part-time position requires 15-20 hours of work per week. Hours may vary from week to week based on depending on client demand.

Client Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey, serving as their primary point of contact
- Lead client feedback initiatives by managing survey collection, analyzing results, and ensuring timely and effective follow up to address needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between the client and internal teams, driving clear communication, aligning on client requirements, and facilitating seamless internal kickoff meetings to ensure project success.
