Operating Room Manager
Job Description
Reports to the Surgical and Perioperative Services Director, responsible for staffing, operations, planning and development for Surgical Services. Provides direction and support to the operating room surgery staff, scheduling staff and operating room assistants.
Hours: 6:30am-3pm
Requirement: Active RN in the State of IL, CNOR
Responsibilities

Effectively uses ARCC tool to escalate any concerns to Director and/or physicians. , In collaboration with Director, responsible for developing capital budget projections through collaboration and input from specialty coordinators, colleagues and providers on an annual and 3-year projection plan., In collaboration with Director, responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies, procedures, protocols and standards to maintain a high quality level of service., Leads/facilitates daily morning huddle in intra-operative area at 0630am. Requirements:

Compensation
Estimated Compensation Range
$94,348.80 - $146,244.80
Pay based on experience
Eligible for participation in Management Incentive Compensation Program.
