Job Summary And Qualifications
Summary of Key Responsibilities: The cancer conference coordinator is responsible for coordinating and documenting cancer conferences and tumor board meetings at their assigned facilities. This position is Work from Home but will require attendance at Trident Medical Center to attend conferences in person.

Job Summary And Qualifications
Summary of Key Responsibilities: The cancer conference coordinator is responsible for coordinating and documenting cancer conferences and tumor board meetings at their assigned facilities. This position is Work from Home but will require attendance at Trident Medical Center to attend conferences in person.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitor cancer conference mailbox to collect requests to present at cancer conference
- Coordinate with Radiology, Pathology, Physicians and outside facilities to insure all patient records needed for conference are available
- Support and collaboration with physician moderators, physician presenters and physician office staff
- Prepare cancer conference documentation (agenda, minutes and attendance log)
- Coordinate all audio-visual needs for the cancer conference
- Coordinate all catering needs for cancer conferences
- Responsible for taking of minutes during conference
- Prepares, completes, and maintains Commission on Cancer conference/tumor board documentation. (Minutes, Survey Application Records, cancer conference summaries, & tumor board grids)
- Attend each cancer conference - either in-person or remotely
- High School Diploma (GED) – Required
- Associates Degree – Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience – Required
- Healthcare experience – Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel – Required
- Organizational Skills – Required
- Course work in and/or two years’ experience using medical terminology, Anatomy& Physiology, disease processes and treatment methods – Required
