Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oncology Nurse Navigator located in Asheville, NC. The Oncology Nurse Navigator will be responsible for providing individualized patient navigation, case management, patient care, and collaborating with the oncology team to ensure comprehensive care for cancer patients on their treatment journey.
Qualifications
- Oncology Nursing and Nursing skills
- Experience in Medicine and Patient Care
- Case Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
