What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny/Household Manager position at Sarah Niles?
Full-Time Nanny/House Manager for a family with two children (14 and 10 years old) starting ASAP.
Location: Westport, CT
Live-out. Must have own car to arrive to work. Family car will be provided to transport children.
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12-8pm.
Flexibility is desired with availability to accommodate some weekends and the possibility of travel.
Compensation: $35 - $40 per hour plus sick/personal days, vacation, public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Driving children to/from school and activities
- Family Laundry (wash/dry/fold)
- Managing schedules and calendars
- Occassional cooking (we have a chef; however, if the chef is unavailable we would need assistance with cooking healthy meals)
- Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
- Running errands (ex. dry cleaning, bring vehicles to the car wash…etc.)
- Shopping for groceries, supplies, and other requested items
- Must be comfortable with Dogs
For further consideration, applicants must possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Must have a college degree
- Must be energetic
- An open and flexible schedule - including late evenings, date nights and some weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
