Youth Counselor Compensation: Min base rate: $17.00 (with BA); additional adjustment for related experience.

Youth Counselors help our kids:
- Develop positive relationships
- Learn to cope with loss and/or emotional issues
- Develop valuable life skills
- Receive needed support through treatment
Other Youth Counselor experiences:
- Participate in collaborative team meetings
- Develop and run therapeutic peer groups
- Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more
Youth Counselor Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Consistent, consecutive days on and off
- 5-day schedule
Youth Counselor Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have patience, sensitivity, and effective communication skills
- Ability to respectfully interact with and influence kids
- Ability to obtain required clearances
Youth Counselor Qualifications: BA in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field preferred.
