Job Description :
- 7 years of experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies and Project Management.
- Should have solid background in Banking domain.
- Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence and other tools.
- Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations.
- Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective.
- Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process.
- Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management.
- Define Governance plan and track deliverables.
