The ideal candidate MUST possess a current valid Florida EMT/Paramedic certification or LPN License.
This position reports to the Concierge Services Director. The candidate will engage with residents and “empower every person to celebrate life at its best" and demonstrate our values of attitude, integrity and teamwork.
Primary Job Duties
- Provide assistance in the event of an emergency call or when a resident calls the front desk for assistance. First to respond and assist and make the call for 911 if required. Use AED, Medical bag and 02. Provide reports for all emergency calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current State of Florida Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license or Paramedic License, LPN or RN
- At least one year of experience as Concierge or Front Desk, one year of experience in security or at least one year’s experience in customer service.
- Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
- Able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make decisions independently. Computer literate.
- Good communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional conduct with all team members, residents, vendors, and any others with whom contact is made
