Strategic Planner, Training & Onboarding: Drives organizational success by providing strategic direction, decision support, and performance monitoring across the four General Services Divisions. Responsible for training and onboarding all new General Services team members.
- Strategic Planning: Develops and executes the General Services strategic plan. Aligning objectives to the County’s overall goals and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in support processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve implementing new technologies, refining workflows, or redesigning support structures.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Using a data-based approach leveraging data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, support performance, and emerging trends. Using this data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment between customer support activities and broader organizational strategies;
- Customer Advocacy: Acting as a voice of the customer within the County, advocating for customer-centric policies, processes, and product improvements.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of support initiatives and regularly reporting on performance to the Director.
Executive Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Director, General Services.
- Manage the executive administration team.
- Manage complex calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Draft correspondence, proofread correspondence and reports for Director.
- Ensure that the Director has the materials needed and is prepared to attend/participate in meetings (internal and external).
- Coordinate and compile reports to County Administration for review, approval, and submission by Director.
- Regularly interact with staff at all levels of the organization requiring professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
- Research County policies, processes, and procedures and provide information to Director as appropriate.
- Assist the Director with confidential correspondence or reports.
- Enters KPI Measures and Action updates for Strategic Plan into Clearpoint. Process Clearpoint reports for Director’s review/approval.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Administration, Business, or related fields AND two (2) years of job-related experience.
- OR- Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education.
- Knowledge of Workday, Smartsheets, Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, etc & Adobe.

Starting Pay Range: $56,139.20 - $62,000.00 /annually, based on your experience.
