Currently we are recruiting for a Data and Project Analyst capable of providing expertise with varying needs such as the County Administration Building, the Regional Fire / EMS Training Academy, and the ES Administration Building. About the Position
In this role, you will be responsible for...
Project Financial Analysis
- Analysis of up to 110 CIP projects.
- Generate Burn rate calculations and forecasting expenditures.
- Purchase Requisition Entry.
- Compliance monitoring and review of contract documents for requirements.
- Creating, auditing, and updating with annual CIP Project budget documents.
Project Management Information System PMIS Functions
Hardware and Software Inventory Functions
Bid Tabulations and Consultant Rate Review
