Department Responsibilities :
- Interview hiring managers to determine requirements, day-to-day duties, career path and how each position makes an impact in our community.
- Create captivating job descriptions for each of our individual roles.
- Review descriptions with Employee Health Center and Risk Management to ensure physical demands are captured.
- Present drafts to hiring managers for final edits or approval.
- Upload job descriptions into Workday and new job description repository with proper formatting and paying attention to all details.
