Position Overview:
As an Aftermarket Installation Build Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality installations and performance upgrades for a range of vehicles. This includes modifying suspension systems, trim, wheels/tires, engine performance, lighting, wiring, and more. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, delivering precise installations, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aftermarket installations on a wide range of vehicles, including suspension upgrades, trim, wheels and tires, engine performance parts, lighting and electrical systems, and more.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot multifaceted vehicle concerns related to aftermarket components.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality and safety standards.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all company procedures for vehicle handling and installation processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and precision.
• Uphold company values and contribute positively to team culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aftermarket automotive installations.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues with a high level of expertise.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and aftermarket products.
• High level of craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Must be a good cultural fit with our company and align with our 8 core values.
• Experience working with Ford vehicles a necessity. Experience with other manufacturers is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 3 years and reliable transportation.
