What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Dispatch Agent position at Sarasota Glass & Mirror?
We are looking for a customer-oriented scheduling dispatcher to serve as key contact and liaison for customers in our window and glass store. You will interact with clients on an ongoing basis, scheduling installation appointments, building inspections, immediate/ long range forecasting. Also assisting with admin duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to ensure customers satisfaction
Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in logistics, and dispatching
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
