What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Full Time) - Sarasota position at Sarasota Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Sarasota Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing team! The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial support services to Administrator and other managers as designated; responsible for handling incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Communication Skills(Written and Oral)
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- The ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff. Possess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet)
- One to three years of professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
