Required Qualifications
HVAC II
Operates and maintains all hospital HVAC equipment including equipment pertinent to the supply of conditioned, re-circulated, and filtered air to all areas of the complex(s). Equipment includes, but is not limited to, main air handlers, fan coil units, exhaust fans, dampers, ducts, grills, vents, variable volumes units, pneumatic controls, and all related sub or secondary systems.
Mechanic
Performs without assistance the troubleshooting of complex hospital systems including elevator recalls and general maintenance/repairs, and has a working knowledge and understanding of multiple skilled trades relevant to healthcare industry.
Plumber
Performs preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and routine inspections on all plumbing related systems, installs and repairs copper, cast iron, and polypropylene systems, and aids in the inspection and constructive critique of installations made by vendors.

Required Qualifications
HVAC II

Equipment includes, but is not limited to, main air handlers, fan coil units, exhaust fans, dampers, ducts, grills, vents, variable volumes units, pneumatic controls, and all related sub or secondary systems.
- Require 3 years of experience, preferably in large plant operations.
- Require knowledge of HVAC equipment, air handlers, fan coils, pumps, piping systems, exchangers, de-humidification systems, chillers, etc.
- Require working knowledge of HVAC pneumatic and digital controls.
- EPA certification required within six months of hire
Mechanic
Performs without assistance the troubleshooting of complex hospital systems including elevator recalls and general maintenance/repairs, and has a working knowledge and understanding of multiple skilled trades relevant to healthcare industry.
- Require three (3) years of experience, preferably in large plant operations.
- Require knowledge of materials, lubricants, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gear/belt drives.
- Require the ability to read/understand prints/diagrams for buildings and equipment.
Plumber
Performs preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and routine inspections on all plumbing related systems, installs and repairs copper, cast iron, and polypropylene systems, and aids in the inspection and constructive critique of installations made by vendors.
- Require three (3) years of experience as a plumber preferably in large plant operations.
- Require knowledge of complex plumbing installations and repairs with working and technical knowledge of equipment specific to the trade.
- Require the ability to read and follow construction drawings/prints.
- Require the ability to read/understand prints/diagrams for buildings and equipment.
