Required Qualifications
Executive Assistant 1:
The Executive Assistant I provides direct administrative support to the senior administrator, as well as, advises, assists, and represents the senior administrator on a wide range of issues and performs follow-up on his/her behalf.
HR Support Specialist/Benefits
This position is responsible for providing a variety of technical and administrative support for the human resource department. Acts as an HR liaison to employees, management, and various external vendors with primary focus on employee benefits administration. Troubleshoots and resolves various benefits and human resource issues using current policies, plan documents, and departmental guidelines.
Responsible for obtaining accurate health insurance benefits verification of eligibility status and assist with authorizations using electronic
verification systems or by contacting payers directly to determine level of insurance coverage. Ensures the pre-registration process is
complete for all assigned accounts at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of service whenever possible. Identifies copayments,
coinsurance, and policy limitations, and advises patient and collects amount before the time of service. Follows up on missing
authorizations. If authorization is not obtained within 48-hours prior to service, contacts patient to advise them of their options for
rescheduling/follow-up with physician's office or proceeding without authorization.
Talent Acquisition Sourcer
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for creating and maintaining an active flow of prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques for current and future open positions. The TAS will also be responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse prospects through innovative sourcing techniques; identifying candidates to fill critical positions by utilizing online database searches, internal databases, networking, referrals and research.
HRIS Time & Attendance Specialist
The Human Resources Information System/Time and Attendance Specialist I is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support for our Time and Attendance System. The position provides house-wide daily support to users and assist with orienting new employees/leaders on the system. The position may also provide support on various other HR initiatives and projects.
Talent Advisor (Per Diem)
The Talent Acquisition Advisor assists with the coordination of recruitment activities for nursing positions throughout the organization including pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling, referring and selection of qualified candidates. The candidate will develop proficiency in the ability to collaborate with business unit leadership to formulate a strategic plan for recruitment and retention needs, as well as, monitor and measure effectiveness of recruiting plans and other initiatives to ensure optimum recruiting results, while actively participating in recruiting events, promotional campaigns, job fairs/conferences and other marketing and media events to promote and 'sell' and/or attract the best-qualified and talented staff to the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Require an associate degree or a minimum of four (4) years as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar sized organization.

- Require a bachelor's degree from a business school, vocational/technical institute in a related field. An Associates degree with two (2) years of relevant experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.
- Require a minimum of one (1) year of recent related experience, preferably in the Human Resources in a similarly sized healthcare institution.
