Serves as a patient/family liaison by providing information about the status of the radiology patient's procedural visit to the patients' family members/visitors; visits with patients' families while testing is in progress. Provides assistance with problems or concerns and answers questions appropriately and provides accurate information. Acts as an intermediary to hospital staff on behalf of patients/family. Promotes patient/family satisfaction.

- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years of public relations experience.
- Prefer ability to work independently and to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with problem-solving skills.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to interact in a professional manner with patients, families and employees.
- Prefer basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications and office equipment.
