Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts, providing technical support, maintenance, application configuration as a result in change of workflow related to the RPA process, quality improvement, user support, and implementation throughout the organization. Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, implementation and monitoring in production/support. Responsible for monitoring RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration on the virtual machines. Acts as the liaison between hospital departments regarding RPA issues. A wide degree of creativity is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Require a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field. Relevant progressive professional work experience will substitute on a year-for-year basis in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
Requires one (1) year of developing software solutions with programming or RPA experience, including designing, coding testing, and documenting new systems or automation solutions,
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer-focused service to resolve and troubleshoot workflows and end user production automation issues.
- Prefer proficiency with Robotic Process Automation tools such as Eggplant, UiPath or equivalent technologies.
- Prefer familiarity with Microsoft Office and software packages.
- Prefer experience with programming in object-oriented or scripting languages.
- Prefer knowledge and experience with health care information systems.
- Prefer certifications in related fields of Robotic Process Automation or AI/Artificial Intelligence.
*Position is hybrid and must be able to work on-site as needed.
