The Surgical Services Project Specialist is an experienced healthcare professional who manages and provides process improvement/ transformation expertise for project teams, process owners, operations, leadership, and stakeholders in order to achieve engagement goals and operational performance objectives, resulting in successful business outcomes. Also, provides support to the CAT/MST team in the daily operations of the OR.
Required Qualifications:
- Require a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience.
- Require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Clinical specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer graduate level study of healthcare management (MHA, MBA, MHSA, MSHA, or MPH).
- Prefer Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Prefer demonstrated working knowledge of commonly used computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge/experience of professional growth and development.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
