Welcome to the Human Resources Department!
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our busy and dynamic team (position requires you to be on site daily at our Sarasota Campus (remote 2 days after training)!
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for creating and maintaining an active flow of prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques for current and future open positions. The TAS will also be responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse prospects through innovative sourcing techniques; identifying candidates to fill critical positions by utilizing online database searches, internal databases, networking, referrals and research.
Required Qualifications
- Require three (3) years of experience using internet search tools.
- Require and Associate's degree in a related field. Additional relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer previous experience in HR, recruiting or staffing.
Prefer proficiency in Linked-in recruiter.
Prefer strong written and verbal communication, influencing and networking skills.
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing strategies.
Prefer ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prefer ability in facilitating recruitment initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
Prefer ability in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.
Prefer sound judgment in solving problems including identifying problems that require additional evaluation.
Prefer ability to build a relationship with leaders, to be aproachable and guide sourcing discussions.
