Job Summary
Coordinates and provides complex support for Environmental Services staff and management as defined here: Duties include file maintenance of over 150 FTE’s and management to include merit and education scheduling/tracking, Teletracking maintenance and reporting, Diver maintenance and reporting, cleaning and office equipment maintenance, purchasing duties and tracking, Voalte, pager and uniform control in addition to special projects that require advanced work experience within each function. Performs advanced computer skills and trains staff members on usage of multiple programs and communication devices.
Required Qualifications
- Require five (5) years of experience supporting coordination of department operations in Environmental Services, Hospitality Services, or other large firm.
- Require the ability to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing
- Require the ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Require the ability to work under stress and display a confident and professional attitude to staff and the public.
- Require the ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and shift priorities with flexibility.
- Require the ability to design and run a variety of reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer competence for all Microsoft Office software used by SMH network
- Prefer competence in using the Internet and intranet.
Mandatory Education
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
