- Offer administrative assistance to healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Coordinate patient preparation and maintenance of precise records throughout the examination process.
- Possess current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.
- Achieve BASIC Life Support/CPR certification within 30 days of employment initiation.
- Hold one year of experience in a clinical setting within an outpatient physician's office.
- Familiarize yourself with electronic practice management and electronic health record systems.
- Demonstrate self-directed work style with strong initiative and motivation.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Adhere to varying start and end times from Monday through Friday, with occasional need to travel to cover staffing requirements at different sites.
