Position Overview:
The Fan Zone Coordinator will oversee the setup, management, and engagement activities within the Sarasota Paradise Fan Zone, creating a lively atmosphere for fans of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage setup and teardown of Fan Zone activities and attractions.
- Interact with fans to promote games, merchandise, and upcoming events.
- Coordinate games, contests, and entertainment within the Fan Zone.
- Monitor supplies and equipment used in the Fan Zone and report maintenance needs.
- Gather feedback from fans to improve future engagement.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with fans of all ages.
- Creative and proactive in suggesting new ideas for fan engagement.
- Prior experience in event planning or customer service is a bonus.
